1. How do I set up an account?


If this is your first time visiting our website, please click on Login/Register button located on the top right side of the main page . Fill in the mandatory details and enjoy shopping!


2. If products are not on your list, can I request for you to purchase it for me?


Absolutely! We will be happy to assist you with this. Simply send us an email or WhatsApp and we will be delighted to purchase the product for you from our supplier.


3. I forgot to include a few items, but I already checked out, can I still add some more?


Yes, definitely! You may either place a new order and include a message saying that this will be an additional order from your previously placed order, or you can call or WhatsApp us at 050 383 3951.


4. I forgot my login details. Who should I contact?

You may either visit the login page by clicking “Forgot Password” or you may give us a call at 050 383 3951 and we will be happy to assist you.

5. Do you deliver all over UAE?


Yes, we deliver to all Emirates. Delieveries in Abu Dhabi are free for orders above 100 AED.

Deliveries to other Emirates have a fee of 35 AED for Courier Service.

6. I am not able to add items to cart.


Please contact us right away by email at contact@purrfect-petsupplies.com or call/WhatsApp us at 050 383 3951 and we will look into the matter.


7. What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card payment online, cash on delivery, and card on delivery.


8. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?


Please expect your order to be delivered within 1-2 days if the products are in stock in our shop. Delivery is mostly done after 6 PM daily. On weekends, we may deliver earlier. We will contact you prior to the delivery.


9. Can someone else receive my order if I am not available at home?


Yes, provided that you will inform us before we deliver your order at your delivery address. Should you want to deliver your order to a different address, please send us an email or call/WhatsApp us.


10. My delivery hasn’t arrived yet. Whom shall I contact?


Please call/WhatsApp us at 050 383 3951.


11. How much is the shipping fee?


For orders of AED 100 and above, shipping fee is free of charge. For orders below AED 100, a shipping fee of AED 20 will apply.


12. How can I cancel my order?


If you have placed an order and paid by credit or debit card online, we will cancel and refund you the amount. If you have placed an order as cash on delivery, your order will be canceled on the spot.


13. How can I replace an item in my order?

14. I received products that are damaged, what should I do?


Before you accept the order upon delivery, please make sure that all the items are in good condition for us to replace any damaged items the next day. If you were not able to check the items upon delivery and found later on that there were damaged items, please contact us right away via email at contact@purrfect-petsupplies.com or call/WhatsApp us at 050 383 3951. We will be happy to arrange for the replacement immediately.


15. What is your policy regarding returns or refunds?


If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from us, please send us an email at contact@purrfect-petsupplies.com or call/WhatsApp us at 050 383 3951.


We will arrange for collection of items you wish to return to us. We can only accept item returns within 3 days (for food items) or 30 days (for any other items) after you receive it provided that the products are still in good condition and in original packaging. Please ensure you have the original invoice or receipt with you at the time of returning the item to us.


Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 21 business days depending on the bank you use.


We do not offer refunds on Frozen Products and returned items that have been altered, used or tampered with.
